It touched the hearts of humans through being human, not through wishing them away to a wondrous world of fantasy. M*A*S*H shows us the most horrible sides of the world we have created, and yet somehow ends up making us love it. It’s the most human show I have ever watched, and will always be the show I consider to be the very best."
