my friend Eddie REALLY likes ultimates and sometimes I just want to punch him because FUCK ULTIMATES, MAN

I read the first volume of Ultimates and I was like “Okay this is fine. I mean, it’s a angsty but I suppose it is realistic and Cap is kind of a douche but maybe he’s just sad and they’ll work this out and be friends in the next volume.” However I thought it was all pretty okay - stupid costumes aside (DO YOU THINK THIS A STANDS FOR FRANCE?!?! - instant classic)

then I read some more ultimates

and a little bit more
