Can someone explain to me what I’m supposed to be getting out of the Marvel Augmented Reality app?

I got it because it was free and looks fun but so far all it seems to be doing is showing me the page I’m already looking at, except on my phone…

I wonder

if when they kill a character in comics, if they actually just put them in this folder marked “For Future Use”

they say don’t worry about the amount of books, Avengers vs. X-Men will only cross over into all of the Avengers and X-Men series

that’s like 15 fucking titles

….I don’t understand why the Marvel comics app skips like 2 years worth of X-Factor comics… like… why…

Avengers domesticity just warms my heart. Also the fact that Tony was just trying to help Steve and everybody knows it.

I think part of the reason I love things like Young Avengers and New X-Men and Avengers Academy so much is, besides the fact that they’re all really well written and typically have really good art (except New X-Men sometimes), the fact that I really do see them as the future of the Marvel universe.

I’m not saying that I think Marvel will ever really retire Iron Man or Captain America, or that one day Cannonball will actually be running the X-Men (although actually on that front who knows)

I just think that these young heroes have a lot of potential and room to grow, and I’d love to see them as the A-list heroes one day.

Something that bothers me:

When I mention that a superhero is Jewish, or gay, or Asian, or anything that isn’t a white heterosexual Christian male, and people (non comica fans) automatically go, “What? They have those?”

Yes. They do.
I don’t know who exactly I’m disappointed in this instance, probably several different aspects of society. But still.
I want Moon Knight or The Falcon to get a movie, or Karma to be included in the next X-Men film.

It needs to be known that there is a Jewish superhero celebration each year on Christmas where they all eat Chinese food together.
